A crew seemingly removed items from the Jimmy Kimmel Live! set in Hollywood, according to photos obtained by the National Enquirer.
The work at the El Capitan Entertainment Center began less than a day after Disney told NPR and other outlets that the late night show “will be preempted indefinitely” following Jimmy Kimmel‘s remarks about Charlie Kirk’s death.

In the photos — taken on Thursday, September 18 — several men and one woman are seen working in the rain around two large tents, and loading items into a white truck.
That same day, Kimmel, 57, was seen for the first time since the show was suspended, getting into a Chevy Silverado at a Los Angeles parking garage, according to footage obtained by TMZ.

The host previously revealed that his current contract would likely be his last. While the contract does not expire until 2026, reports are now claiming he’s ready to “break his relationship with [the network] forever,” a source told the Daily Mail.
The late-night show will be replaced by repeat episodes of Celebrity Family Feud in the 11:35 p.m. slot on Wednesday and Thursday this week, according to Variety.
