Erika Kirk is under fire on social media after her recent comments at an event at the Governor’s mansion in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The widow of slain right-wing talking head Charlie Kirk appeared alongside Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders to announce a partnership aimed at adding more chapters of Turning Point USA’s Club America to high schools.
Erika, 37, who became CEO of the conservative extremist nonprofit after Charlie was killed in September of 2025, addressed the crowd, first spinning a narrative about hypothetical persecution against Christians: “When you join a Club America chapter and when you join a Turning Point USA chapter on college campus, you’re a part of a huge network of family,” said the former star of the Bravo reality show Summer House.

“If you are a chapter leader or you are a part of a chapter and you are a believer in Christ and you’re getting persecuted for your faith and your values, someone comes up and flips your table, someone throws all of your resources on the ground, count it all joy. You’re being persecuted because you believe in Jesus Christ. Count it all joy.”
She continued to tell the crowd: “Don’t let anyone disenfranchise you because you are a young man. Especially a young white male man.”
These last comments sparked backlash from social media users, including one commenter who called out her “fake white Christian nationalist tears.”
Another chimed in: “Since when did white folks start getting oppressed? I know my nap wasn’t that long.”
And many poked fun at her phrasing, with jabs like, “Young white mail man, don’t let fed ex get you down.”
