A woman who witnessed the murder of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University last year sent her therapy bills to the state.

The Utah Office for Victims of Crime paid $260 for mental health therapy for a woman named Dana Anquoe, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The state filed a restitution/subrogation notice in order to preserve its right to hold Kirk’s murder suspect, Tyler Robinson, liable for the cost if he is found guilty and ordered to pay restitution, TMZ reported.

Kirk — who shared two children with wife Erika Kirk — was gunned down during a Turning Point USA rally on September 10, 2025. The footage from the murder quickly spread across social media.

Robinson, 22, was arrested the following day and charged with one count of aggravated murder with the victim targeting enhancement, one count of felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, and two counts of obstruction of justice with capital or first-degree felony conduct.

As National Enquirer previously reported, Robinson’s attorneys stated that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives “was unable to identify the bullet recovered at autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson.”

Robinson has pleaded not guilty, and the case is ongoing.
