Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton Shopping for Love Nest: ‘They Want a Place That’s Just for Them’ (Exclusive)

Do not disturb! Kim Kardashian and boyfriend Lewis Hamilton are quietly shopping for a love nest together, a source exclusively tells the National Enquirer.

“They want a place that’s just for them,” explains the source, “somewhere they can go where they don’t risk having her kids walking in on them.”

The reality TV star, 45, shares daughters North, 12, and Chicago, 8, and sons Saint, 10, and Psalm, 6, with ex-husband Kanye West.

“Normal couples would just rent a hotel room but with their level of fame, every time they go to a hotel, it takes a full-scale security sweep equivalent to a presidential visit,” says the source. “It’s much easier to have somewhere private and secure ready and waiting for them.”

It’s a big step for Kardashian and Hamilton, 41, who, Enquirer’s source reveals, have been looking at homes in Malibu, Beverly Hills and Santa Barbara.

“Kim has been making a big effort not to come on too strong,” says the source. “She’s letting Lewis make all the moves and pursue her. She knows he’s competitive and loves the chase and it’s working like a charm.”

The Skims founder has the Formula One driver “completely in the palm of her hand,” dishes the source, “to the point where he’s started saying he’s going to marry her.”

During a 2025 appearance on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, Kardashian revealed that she “would absolutely” be open to walking down the aisle again.

“Kim is very excited, but she’s not letting her cards show,” says the source. “She keeps it light and laughs when [Lewis] says anything about marrying her, but it’s no secret she’d love to take this to a formal level. He’s such a catch.”
