“Keith has always been a huge metro-sexual,” admits the source. “He loves getting pampered at the spa, getting massages, getting his hair highlighted, his nails done, and now at this stage in life, he’s also very big into Botox and laser treatments to tighten his skin.”

Case in point: When the “Somebody Like You” singer, 58, walked the American Music Awards red carpet in Las Vegas on Monday, May 25, there was “not a wrinkle in sight,” the source says.

“He just dropped a small fortune on a load of injections and laser treatments to get ready for his tour and all the promo,” spills the source. “The results of the work are great. He looked so refreshed.”

That’s not all Urban —who has an estimated $75 million to his name, per Celebrity Net Worth — splurged on.

“He splashed out even more on a new wardrobe,” reveals the source, adding that the country music superstar “cleared his whole closet and donated it all to a local charity.”

These days, “he’s going for a much younger look, less country and more 90s, which is very on trend but quite young for him,” the source notes, “which of course has Team Nicole rolling their eyes and branding it his midlife crisis makeover.”
