Former child star Jenny Lewis just got married — to her black cockapoo Bobby Rhubarb.
Troop Beverly Hills actress Lewis shared four Polaroid pictures on her X account, and added the caption: “I married my dog for my 50th birthday… BLESS!”
Three of the images featured the Rilo Kiley frontwoman in a bridal gown, and in the final picture her canine is sat loyally beside her as she has her back to the camera while wearing a wedding dress.
Another snap features two rainbow-colored cakes. One has “JL50” on, and another has “For BETTER or for WORSE I do!” written on it.

Several fans took to X to comment about the nuptials. One wrote: “Bad news: Dogs get the seven-year itch almost immediately. Good news: It can easily be cured with belly scratches.”
Another posted: “he might forget your anniversary just let it slide”
One fan joked: “Muzzle tov”
Another quipped: “I now pronounce you woman & woof.”

However, some X users were not in such a congratulatory mood, with one branding Lewis a “weirdo”, and another writing: “Did the dog consent? This is gross.”
Celebrating at the reception, Lewis joined forces with singer and longtime collaborator Ben Gibbard to perform their joint project The Postal Service’s song “Such Great Heights,” as well as Phantom Planet’s “California” with that band’s guitarist Alex Greenwald, according to The Independent,
Farmer Dave Scher and Morgan Nagler also performed, per The Independent.

Rhubarb has his own Instagram account – boasting nearly 6,000 followers — but Lewis’ four-legged hubby has yet to upload any pictures of their big day.
Lewis previously penned 2021 track “Puppy and a Truck” about her pet pooch.
