Erika Kirk’s Turning Point Women’s Summit Promotes Marrying Young, Avoid Being an ‘Overweight Slob’
Erika Kirk and the speakers at her recent Turning Point USA’s Women’s Leadership Summit in San Antonio, Texas, pushed their beliefs on the thousands in attendance during the event.
A Thursday, June 11, report in The Wall Street Journal said that the Turning Point USA CEO, 37, encouraged the females in the audience to get married young and have multiple children.
“The world will say, ‘Your life belongs to you,'” she told approximately 3,000 women in attendance, per the publication. “It does not. Your life belongs to Christ.”
“And once you understand that, so many of the questions that the culture bombards you with will be answered,” she added.
The mother of two — who shares a son and daughter with her late husband, Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated in broad daylight on September 10, 2025 — touted the right-wing political activist’s common quotes.
According to The Wall Street Journal, “have more kids than you can afford” was hammered home to the audience during the summit.
Alex Clark, a podcast host associated with TPUSA, also offered the young females in attendance her dating advice.
“When you picture your future husband, are you picturing an overweight slob who never sees daylight and spends 14 hours a day online and has no real-world community whatsoever?” she asked the crowd. “Probably not.”
“Now ask yourself, would you want to marry you?” she asked. “I know nobody likes that question, but it’s a good question. So stop asking ‘where is he’ and start asking ‘who am I becoming?'”
Prior to the event, a Texas man was arrested for allegedly threatening to kill Erika at the Women’s Leadership Summit, which was held from June 5-7.
“We refuse to let threats silence us,” a TPUSA spokesperson told Fox News Digital in a statement. “We look forward to a successful and inspiring gathering June 5–7 in San Antonio for 2,500+ ladies attending the Women’s Leadership Summit!”
Erika assumed the role of the organization’s CEO after her husband was killed last year at age 31.
