Victoria Beckham Reportedly Danced Like She Was Onstage ‘With the Spice Girls’ at Son Brooklyn’s Wedding

Brooklyn Beckham had no reason to be embarrassed by his mom Victoria’s behavior at his wedding, Rob Shuter reported in his Naughty But Nice Substack on Thursday, January 22.

The chef, 26, claimed in a series of Instagram Stories on Monday, January 19 that his mom “humiliated” him after she “hijacked” his romantic first dance with Nicola Peltz, 31, as Marc Anthony performed. But an insider close to the Latin singer told Shuter that Anthony “saw everything, and nothing was inappropriate.”

“Victoria danced the way she would on any stage at a pop concert. She’s a Spice Girl, not Julie Andrews — it was playful, theatrical, and exactly what you’d expect from her,” the insider added.

“If you’ve ever seen her perform with the Spice Girls, this was exactly that vibe,” another friend agreed, adding that the 51-year-old’s performance was “nothing scandalous. She joined the family celebration, added energy, and kept it lively.”

However as the National Enquirer previously reported, another guest interpreted the incident differently. In a since-deleted Instagram comment (screenshot by Page Six), wedding guest Stavros Agapiou wrote, “I was there and she did he’s telling the truth.”

One witness did acknowledge that the fashion designer wrapped her arms around her son and “nuzzled his neck” — as Page Six reported — but insisted “it was part of a family dance, nothing sexual or shocking. It was all in good fun.”
