Sean “Diddy” Combs’ road to redemption won’t end when he walks out of federal prison — it will only be the beginning.

According to a report from TMZ, the disgraced hip-hop mogul will face a long list of strict supervision conditions once he completes his 50-month sentence.

Per the outlet, the conditions were filed on Wednesday, October 15 as part of the judgment in Combs’ criminal case. They state that the 55-year-old must participate in outpatient treatment for drug abuse and mental health issues, including taking any prescribed medications unless directed otherwise by a health care provider.

He’s also required to complete an approved domestic violence prevention program, likely a response to the video of the shocking 2016 hotel-hallway assault on ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura that surfaced in 2024. (Prior to his sentencing, Combs apologized for his actions in a letter to the judge.)

Judge Arun Subramanian is also mandating that Combs avoid all contact with victims, allow random searches and stay away from firearms or destructive devices after his release, says TMZ.

As the National Enquirer previously reported, on October 3, Combs was sentenced to more than four years behind bars following his July conviction on two charges of transportation of former girlfriends for prostitution.
