Sami Sheen Shows Off Before-and-After Photos From Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Procedure Journey

Sami Sheen, the eldest daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, is sharing a glimpse into her ever-evolving appearance.

“7 year difference… thank god for hair extensions, lip filler, boob job, nose job, veneers & kiss 2 on faceapp,” Sami, 21, wrote with a pink heart emoji over the split image featuring before-and-after photos shared via Instagram Story on Tuesday, October 7.

The OnlyFans model received some backlash from fans, including one who claimed her post “reinforces the idea that I need to get work done to be attractive.”

“My only goal with that post was to be transparent with what I’ve done,” Sami responded with another Instagram Story. “People ask me all the time, and the last thing I want to do is paint a false narrative!!”

“It’s never my intention to promote plastic surgery,” she continued. “I think natural bodies are so so beautiful.”

Sami previously opened up about her plastic surgery history after realizing she “pissed off a lot of people by getting a nose job.”

She explained in a TikTok video earlier this year that she’s “addicted” to lip filler and hates her natural lips, had an unfortunate experience with Botox, a breast augmentation in 2023, nose filler prior to going in for a rhinoplasty, and veneers, which she called “the worst process ever.”
