A helpless 4-month-old infant was ejected from a vehicle during a heart-stopping crash in Arkansas after its driver led police on a harrowing high-speed chase, lawmen say.
According to the Arkansas State Police, a trooper attempted to pull over a Toyota Highlander for an alleged traffic violation in the city of Camden. But they say the bozo behind the wheel — who authorities later identified as 28-year-old Tyrice Fletcher — gunned the gas in an attempt to escape, The New York Post reported.

The trooper pursued the vehicle, which allegedly raced away at more than 100 mph, without knowing it carried four young passengers under the age of six!
Police say two tactical vehicle intervention attempts were unsuccessful — and that after a lengthy pursuit, Fletcher lost control on a curve, struck a light pole and flipped his ride.

Disturbing dashcam footage released by officials captured the horrific crash and appears to show the moment the tiny tot went flying through the air!
The mangled vehicle landed perilously close to live electrical wires — but officers jumped into action, gathering up the baby, extricating the other three children from the smoking SUV and bringing all of the tykes to safety.
The kids were reportedly brought to Ouachita County Medical Center and treated for minor injuries. Cops say the children’s mother was called to the hospital.
Investigators claim they found a defaced firearm and marijuana inside the car and arrested Fletcher.

The suspect, who is allegedly a convicted felon, is being held at the Ouachita County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond, an online database viewed by National Enquirer showed. He is facing several charges — including four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, felony fleeing, reckless driving, possession of a firearm by certain persons and possession of a controlled substance, per the Post.

“As a father, I cannot fathom a parent making the decision to drive recklessly, much less flee from law enforcement, with their children in the vehicle,” Arkansas State Police Col. Mike Hagar said, per the Post.
Troop F Capt. Rick Neill adds, “The suspect’s decisions placed four innocent victims in harm’s way. At any point during the pursuit, the suspect could have stopped.
“He refused to stop. The danger created that day was the direct result of the suspect’s actions.”
