Rosie O’Donnell’s Daughter Chelsea Accused of Sexually Assaulting Man While on Probation for Drug Charges

Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter, Chelsea, allegedly touched a man without his consent.

On Tuesday, February 24, TMZ obtained a report from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections explaining why the 63-year-old famed talk show host’s daughter — whom she adopted with ex Kelli Carpenter — had her probation terminated in 2025.

The report pointed to an alleged incident where Chelsea, 28, touched the inner thigh of a man sitting in the backseat of a car she was driving. “After pushing her hand away, Ms. O’Donnell then touched his genitals,” the report noted per TMZ. Chelsea then reportedly lost focus on the road and drove erratically.

Chelsea denied assaulting the man when speaking to officials, claiming the interaction was consensual, according to TMZ. However, the outlet reported, she “did admit to having sexual relationships with four others and meeting someone through a dating app.”

As the National Enquirer previously reported, Chelsea was initially given six years of parole for three arrests in 2024, including a September drug possession and child neglect charge, an October drug charge, and a November drug charge, according to Us Weekly.

In October, the mom of four was sentenced to prison for violating parole. Rosie shared a statement with Us Weekly at the time.

“I have compassion for those struggling with addiction – chelsea was born into addiction and it has been a painful journey for her and her children,” the statement read. “We continue to love and support her through these horrible times. prayers welcomed.”

Additionally, the comedian posted a photo of Chelsea as a young girl on Instagram, writing, “My child chelsea belle – before addiction took over her life – i loved her then i love her now as she faces a scary future- prayers welcomed.”
