PresidentDonald Trump is once again making a dig at former President Joe Biden.
In his Thursday, January 8, interview with The New York Times, the 79-year-old commander in chief was asked “if anything had become harder for him,” as he is eight years older than when he began his first term in the Oval Office in 2016.
In response, Trump told the outlet, “I think it’s easier for me. I feel physically the same. I feel the way I did 40 years ago.” He then brought up Biden, 83, insisting, “I think Joe Biden is the worst thing that ever happened to old people.”

As for his own health, the Apprentice alum reiterated the fact that he takes a 325-milligram daily dose of aspirin, explaining, “I want nice, thin blood going through,” and noting he doesn’t take other blood thinners, “because everyone I know that took them is dead.”
In terms of the highly popular GLP-1 medication that people are using for weight loss, Trump said he had never taken it but admitted, “I probably should.”

“I’ve gone out of my way to take physical exams more than anybody,” he added. “I just feel it’s important because I think that people that are president ideally should be in good health, and they should be good cognitively.”
Over the years, Trump has criticized Biden’s cognitive ability and referred to him as “Sleepy Joe.” Last month, the Trump administration added plaques under portraits of former presidents at the White House, and the first line under Biden’s reads, “Sleepy Joe Biden was, by far, the worst President in American History,” per the BBC.
