Megyn Kelly Says JPMorgan Exec Accused of Workplace Misconduct ‘Needs to’ Work ‘on Her Flirtation Routine’

Megyn Kelly is weighing in on a shocking workplace scandal that’s making headlines.

During the Thursday, April 30, episode of The Megyn Kelly Show, the 55-year-old political commentator discussed the recent stories involving a JPMorgan Chase executive director who has been sued by a former colleague making shocking sexual assault and racial harassment claims.

According to The Washington Times, the allegations were denied by the bank.

The Times reported that Lorna Hajdini is being sued by an anonymous John Doe, who is described in the filing as an Asian married banker who began working with the firm in March 2024.

Among the allegations made in the complaint, per the Times, Hajdini allegedly made an unsolicited sexual advance at Doe’s desk in 2024, and she allegedly propositioned him for oral sex inside the office twice — while using derogatory racial language.

Kelly, citing the complaint on her show, said that Doe also claimed Hajdini at one point “repeatedly groped his groin under the table, then spat in her hands and ran them all over his neck and his head.”

Kelly, laughing as she read the allegations to guest Adam Carolla, said, “Now, if any of this is true, this gal needs to learn [how to] work on her flirtation routine. I’m not sure most guys want you to spit all over their head — their neck.”

Later, on the episode, Kelly called the woman “a racist, abusive, very demanding, mocking boss” if the allegations against her happen to be true.

In a statement to the Times, a JPMorgan Chase spokesperson said, “Following an investigation, we do not believe there is any merit to these claims. While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations.”

The Times also reported that, as of Thursday, Hajdini remains employed and has not publicly addressed the suit.

The lawsuit reportedly seeks damages for emotional distress, lost earnings, reputational harm and punitive compensation.
