Man Allegedly Stole $1400 Worth of Plan B From Virginia Drugstore
Authorities in Virginia are searching for a suspect who allegedly stole a DoorDash delivery bag and used it to steal around $1,400 worth of Plan B emergency contraception from a drugstore.
According to the Chesapeake Police Department, a man entered a drugstore on the 1200 block of Greenbrier Parkway at around 7:20 p.m. on Feb. 3. He allegedly stole a DoorDash delivery bag and filled it with 28 boxes of Plan B before fleeing the scene.
Police say the value of the stolen medication was around $1,400.
Surveillance images show the suspect, who appears to be a Black man with a full beard, wearing a multicolored baseball cap and a black jacket.
Authorities are asking anyone with information to call the Chesapeake Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP, (1-888-562-5887), or submit an anonymous tip online at P3TIPS.COM, or on the P3TIPS APP. A reward of up to $1,500 is available for a tip leading to an arrest or the recovery of stolen property.
