Kid Rock was Monday morning quarterbacking Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Halftime Show performance following his own less-viewed alternative show.
On Monday, February 9, Kid Rock, 55, appeared on Fox News’ The Ingraham Angle, where he was asked by host Laura Ingraham what he thought of the clips he’s seen of the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show performance by Bad Bunny, 31, which was done almost entirely in Spanish.
“Like most people, I didn’t understand any of it,” Rock said. “I saw there’s a lot of dancers and a lot of big to-do stuff. And, you know, he said he wanted to have a dance party; it looked like he had one.”

Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Halftime Show performance is reportedly on track to be the most-viewed Super Bowl Halftime Show ever, with Nielsen reporting the game itself had roughly 127.7 million viewers — the largest audience for a Super Bowl ever.
Meanwhile, Turning Point USA’s All-American Halftime Show peaked at around 6 million viewers. The replay on YouTube has about 19 million views, which is in sharp contrast to Bad Bunny’s Halftime Show, which sits at about 21 million as of this writing.
Despite its high viewership, Kid Rock told Ingraham’s viewers that he felt sorry for the Grammy-winning superstar.

“Not my cup of tea, but I don’t fault that kid for doing the Super Bowl, getting in front of a global audience,” he said. “I fault the NFL for putting him in that position and Turning Point for having to come out and have an alternative for people to watch. You know, it’s just — poor kid.”
While official numbers for Bad Bunny’s Halftime Show have not come in yet, former Turning Point USA communications director and current political commentator, Candace Owens, accused the organization of inflating its viewership numbers.
