Howard Stern and his wife, Beth Stern, are being sued by a former employee of the radio shock jock.

On Monday, April 6, TMZ reported that Leslie Kuhn had filed a lawsuit against Howard, 72, and Beth, 53, in New York, alleging issues related to her time working as their executive assistant.

According to the report, Kuhm claimed that she was asked to move into the couple’s Southampton mansion while employed by them and said that responsibilities significantly expanded. She alleged that she was tasked with overseeing household staff, handling scheduling and payroll, along with managing day-to-day operations, including Beth’s at-home cat rescue and fostering organization.

Kuhn claimed that she was terminated less than two years after moving in and alleged her firing stemmed from a “hostile work environment and enablement of that hostile work environment, immense pressures on the household created by irresponsible and untenable animal rescue and fostering operations occurring on-site, and massively disorganized and questionable business operations and accounting practices.”

While the outlet stated that Kuhn didn’t provide additional details about the alleged “untenable” rescue conditions, Beth and Howard have publicly spoken about their work rescuing cats.

Kuhn further alleged that a law firm representing Howard’s production company, One Twelve, presented her with a separation agreement that included a nondisclosure clause that she claimed was backdated.

She claimed that she wasn’t even working for the Private Parts star and his wife at the time and her signature on the document “is nothing more than her typewritten name in the same font style and size used to identify the parties’ names in the recitals of the agreement.”

Kuhn is seeking to have the NDA declared unenforceable so she can speak about her employment and respond to any claims made against her.
