CNN cast-off Don Lemon has found a new ride-or-die — and it’s none other than comedy’s queen of controversy Kathy Griffin, insiders say.
Sources say the newsman and the comedian have become surprisingly close, bonding over their shared experience of being “canceled” — and their very vocal disdain for President Donald Trump and billionaire Elon Musk.
“They talk all the time,” says a source close to the duo. “They’ve become each other’s sounding board. Don respects that Kathy says what everyone else is too scared to.”
Insiders say the pair is now considering a joint book deal, a stage tour and even a docuseries about modern media, censorship and redemption.
