Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is being labeled a fraud by critics after yearbook pictures prove that the congresswoman grew up in a bucolic suburb of New York City after long suggesting that she’s a product of the rough-and-tumble Bronx.

Unearthed school pics published by New York Post from 2004 show that the so-called “Bronx girl” went to high school in Westchester County’s leafy Yorktown Heights — about 35 miles north of the notorious NYC borough where she was born.

Ocasio-Cortez’s official campaign biography from 2018 neglects to mention Yorktown — but a recent update cites the tiny town, which has a population of roughly 2,000.

“She’s a fraud by claiming to be a ‘woman of the people’ when, in fact, she’s from the suburbs of Westchester County, which is quite a different thing from the Bronx,” political expert Leon Wagener tells the National Enquirer. “She’s portraying herself as something that she is not. She’s a pretty slick customer — she’s a fake!”

The 35-year-old Democrat — who reps New York’s 14th District, which consists of the eastern Bronx and north-central Queens — was called out after trading social media barbs with Republican President Donald Trump over the bombing of Iran.

“I’m a Bronx girl. You should know that we can eat Queens boys for breakfast,” Ocasio-Cortez wrote on X, referring to the borough where the POTUS grew up.

But one online sleuth called her out by revealing on the same platform that her dad purchased a Yorktown home for $150,000 over 20 years ago — and her mom sold it for $355,000 in 2016.

“AOC is no Bronx girl. She’s privileged,” the poster declared on X.

Ocasio-Cortez finally acknowledged her true background, but claimed that her mom cleaned houses to survive.

She responded on X: “Growing up between the Bronx and Yorktown deeply shaped my views of inequality & it’s a big reason I believe the things I do today!”
