A man stranded on a cliff off Playa Esperanza in Manatí, Puerto Rico, was rescued in a dramatic airlift operation. Emergency responders deployed a helicopter to safely hoist him to safety after he became trapped on the rocky ledge. The man was evaluated by medical personnel and was reported to be in stable condition.
