2 Injured After Boat Crashes Into Rock Jetties Off Florida Coast

Two people were injured when their boat crashed into the Port Canaveral jetties off the coast of Florida Saturday night, the U.S. Coast Guard said.
A Coast Guard Station Port Canaveral boat Crew responded after a 25-foot vessel with two people on board allided with the Port Canaveral rock jetties Saturday night.
Photos shared by the Coast Guard show the boat perched atop the rocky jetties Saturday night.
Both occupants sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transferred to awaiting EMS on shore, the Coast Guard said.
The vessel’s owner is coordinating with a commercial salvage operator to remove the boat from the jetties.
