Friends are warning Hugh Jackman to take precautions and protect his $120 million fortune before walking down the aisle with girlfriend Sutton Foster.
As the National Enquirer previously reported, an engagement is all but inevitable now that the Song Sung Blue actor, 57, has begun “planning out the rest of his life” with the Broadway star, 50.
“Hugh won’t even entertain the idea of a prenup. He shuts it down immediately,” says a source. “He thinks it’s offensive and says the idea that Sutton would ever be with him for money is laughable. He actually gets annoyed when people bring it up.”

The Australian actor reportedly did not have one in place when he tied the knot with ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness back in 1996.
“No one is doubting Sutton’s love for him or saying she’s a gold digger, but he’s worth hundreds of millions,” notes the source. “It’s wild that he wouldn’t want to protect that and his friends and advisors are begging him to come to his senses and be smart about it.”

Especially since, “Sutton has no issue with signing something,” Enquirer’s source reveals. “She hates the idea of that anyone would think she’s in this for the money and wants to prove that’s not the case.”
“Hugh’s saying he doesn’t want one. He’s driving this,” says the source. “He’s all in on Sutton and prepared to take the risk even if it makes everyone around him extremely nervous.”
