The Brentwood neighborhood where Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner were killed is also where Nicole Brown Simpson was brutally stabbed to death in 1994.
It’s been more than 30 years since O.J. Simpson’s ex-wife, 35, and her friend Ron Goldman, 25, were murdered at Nicole’s Brentwood home located at 875 South Bundy Drive in Los Angeles.
That address — which has since been changed to 879 South Bundy Drive — is located approximately 1.5 miles from where police were called on Sunday, December 14, to the 200 block of South Chadbourne Avenue after Rob and Michele were found dead.
The two homes are about five minutes away from each other by car and just over 30 minutes by foot.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Nicole’s condo sold for $525,000 two years after the murders and sold again in 2006 for $1.72 million. It has become a tourist attraction ever since the crime captivated the nation and was brought back into the cultural zeitgeist in 2016 with the release of The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story.
O.J., who died in April 2024 at age 76, lived close by both properties — but he did not reside with Nicole at the time of her murder.
The former football player was charged with and acquitted of Nicole and Ron’s murders. He was later found liable for the deaths in a civil suit from the victims’ families.
