Rob Reiner and wife Michele Singer Reiner’s 32-year-old son Nick has been arrested following their deaths, according to Page Six.
Nick — who was reported by People to have allegedly killed his parents on Sunday, December 14 — has been charged with murder, per Page Six.
He is reportedly being held at Parker Center Jail in Downtown Los Angeles, with his bail set at $4 million.
Hollywood was left in shock after it was reported that Rob, 78, and his wife, 68, were discovered in their home by their daughter, Romy, with fatal stab wounds. TMZ reported their throats were slit possibly after an argument.

Following the news of Rob and Michele’s deaths, the family released a brief statement asking for privacy.
“It is with profound sorrow that we announce the tragic passing of Michele and Rob Reiner. We are heartbroken by this sudden loss, and we ask for privacy during this unbelievably difficult time,” they said to Variety.
Nick has previously opened up about his struggles with drug addiction, telling People in 2016 that he’s experienced homelessness in the past.

According to a TMZ source, the couple’s daughter told police the violent family member (likely Nick) “should be a suspect” because they’re “dangerous.”
Rob and Michele — who also share 31-year-old son Jake — met when Rob directed When Harry Met Sally…, and they married in 1989.
The Hollywood icon, who rose to fame playing Mike “Meathead” Stivic on All in the Family, has also worked on This Is Spinal Tap, The Princess Bride, A Few Good Men and many more.
