Priscilla Presley is ‘fighting back hard’ against horrific claims against her in a new $50 million fraud lawsuit, a source tells the National Enquirer.
On Wednesday, August 13, Priscilla’s former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, submitted a court filing that alleged she “pulled the plug” on her 54-year-old daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, in an effort to regain control of her late husband Elvis Presley’s trust.
The singer, 54, was rushed to the hospital in “cardiac arrest” on January 12, 2023, and died that day. Lisa Marie’s cause of death was later ruled to be a small bowel obstruction caused by bariatric surgery.
Priscilla’s lawyer, Marty Singer, vehemently denied the allegations in a statement. “This is, without a doubt, one of the most shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless lawsuits I have seen in my practice,” he said, per The New York Times.

Lisa Marie’s daughter, Riley Keough, 36, “stands behind [Priscilla] 100 percent and is equally disgusted with this latest, vicious attempt by Kruse to attempt to ruin her grandmother’s life,” Singer added. (Keough paid Priscilla $1 million in a legal settlement over the trust — which includes Elvis’ Graceland home and a 15 percent stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises — in 2023.)
It’s likely to get uglier. “Priscilla has ignored thousands of outrageous lies over the years, but this is sickening,” says the source. “It isn’t something she can let slide.”
