PresidentDonald Trump somehow managed to make his Mother’s Day post on social media all about himself and didn’t mention his wife, Melania, at all.
“Happy Mother’s Day weekend to all, especially to the 115 THOUSAND AMERICANS who found jobs in the month of April alone!” Trump, 79, wrote via Truth Social on Sunday, May 10. “As usual, over 90 percent of Bloomberg Economists (nearly all of whom have a ‘Terminal’ case of TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME!) underestimated the strength of the Trump Economy.”
“Despite the best efforts of Jerome “Too Late and Won’t Leave” Powell, and the America Hating Democrat Party, more Americans are working today than ever before,” he continued.
The former reality TV star concluded by writing, “Happy Mother’s Day and, know that, we are MAKING AMERICA WEALTHY AND SAFE AGAIN!”

Trump’s post was later shared to X where several people pointed out that it was odd that he failed to mention Melania, 56, who is the mother of his youngest son, Barron, 20.
“Of course he tries to make it about himself,” one person replied via X.
“This makes for a perfect greeting card,” another social media user joked. “@Hallmark have you picked this up?”
A third person asked, “Don´t most men mention their wives on Mother’s Day if they have a child together?”
Trump is also the father of older children Donald Jr., 48, Ivanka, 44, and Eric, 42, whom he shares with his late first wife Ivana Trump, who died in 2022. He also shares daughter Tiffany, 32, with his second wife Marla Maples.
