Sean “Diddy” Combs gets by with a little help from his friends.
The disgraced music mogul, 56 — who is currently serving time at Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey (FCI Fort Dix) — had longtime pal Mike Tyson deliver a letter to President Donald Trump asking for a pardon, sources claimed to The U.S. Sun on Tuesday, January 13.
As the National Enquirer previously reported, the 79-year-old president revealed in a New York Times interview published last week that Combs wrote him the letter, but he said he will not consider granting it.

The former pro boxer, 59, was at the White House about two months ago, according to White House director of communications Steven Cheung, who posted a photo of him and Tyson to X (formerly Twitter) on November 21.
It is unclear why Iron Mike was in Washington, but a Sun source alleged that Tyson “agreed to take it to the White House when he visited” despite “feeling nervous about it.”
“Mike had a meeting with one of Diddy’s closest confidantes and he handed him a letter from Diddy,” the source claimed. “He asked what the letter was and was told it was Diddy asking for a pardon from Trump.”

“Mike said he had handed the letter to Trump and did exactly what Diddy’s lot had asked of him,” the source continued. “It wasn’t something he was expecting when he met with them, but Mike did what he was asked.”
While a White House spokesperson told the publication that reports regarding a decision on a potential pardon for Combs “are not accurate” and that the Apprentice alum is “the final decider,” they didn’t deny Tyson’s alleged involvement.
Trump previously asked the Times if the publication would like to see the letter, but he did not produce it nor reveal when it was delivered.

Combs was transferred to the low-security facility from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, on October 30 — and he’s anticipated to remain behind bars until June 4, 2028.
During his trial, the Bad Boy Records founder — who pleaded not guilty to the sex-related felonies — was found not guilty of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, but guilty on two counts of transportation for the purposes of prostitution.
He was sentenced to 50 months (or more than four years) in prison.
