Jack Nicholson, 88, Spotted For First Time in Nearly a Year

Jack Nicholson has largely retired from the spotlight, but fans finally got a glimpse at the beloved actor for the first time in nearly a year.

“a november to remember,” Nicholson’s daughter, Lorraine Nicholson, captioned a series of photos shared via Instagram on Thursday, December 4.

Fans had to scroll to spot the Departed actor, 88, posing for a selfie with his daughter, 35.

“Your dad looks great!” one fan commented, to which Lorraine responded, “Doesn’t he? at 88 he’s still got it.”

Other fans were just grateful to see the Hollywood icon doing well.

“Happy to see the legend alive,” another fan commented.

“I feel so happy when I see Jack Nicholson healthy and smiling. Such a beautiful and beloved person,” a third chimed in.

In addition to Lorraine, the Shining star is father to daughters Jennifer, Honey and Tessa, as well as sons Caleb and Ray.

Nicholson quietly stepped back from Hollywood following his 2010 rom-com, How Do You Know, though he was always easy to spot in his courtside seat at Los Angeles Lakers games.

Fans grew concerned when the Oscar winner was absent for a period of time in the early 2020s. However, the superfan received a standing ovation at Staples Center when he made his front-row return in April 2023.
