Brazilian influencer Bárbara Jankavski was found dead at a residence in São Paulo on Sunday, November 2. She was 31.
The TikTok star went by the name “Boneca Desumana,” or “inhuman doll,” but was commonly referred to as “Human Barbie” because of her 27 plastic surgery procedures, including liposuction on the neck, abdomen, and legs, breast and buttock augmentations, eyebrow lifts and five rhinoplasties, according to the Daily Mail.
A public defender named Renato Campos Pinto de Vitto told authorities that he had hired Jankavski for “sexual services” and they had both used drugs during the encounter, according to a police report obtained by CNN Brasil.

When she became unresponsive, de Vitto called an ambulance and attempted to resuscitate her for nine minutes, the outlet reported.
The police report noted that she was found wearing only underwear and had injuries to her left eye and marks on her back, which a friend told authorities was due to a fall she had suffered.
The São Paulo Public Security Secretariat are awaiting autopsy and toxicology reports, but the case was registered as a suspicious death, according to CNN Brasil.
