Former Flames Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp Still ‘Meet Up’ in Private: ‘They’re Very Discreet’

Femme fatale Angelina Jolie shared a hot and heavy fling with Johnny Depp at one time, and sources reveal to the National Enquirer that the stars never lost contact — and even continue to hook up for secret dates when they’re in the same city.

Sources say that the electrifying chemistry between the two while filming 2010’s The Tourist in romantic Venice, Italy, is still crackling 15 years later during hush-hush meetings.

“They’ve managed to get together in London and L.A. a fair amount without anyone catching on because they’re both very discreet and go to great lengths to stay under the radar,” says an insider.

“They’ll meet up in private hotel suites for dinner or even to screen films and they text and talk plenty, but so far, it’s stuck in first gear.”

According to the source, the thrice-divorced, 50-year-old Maleficent witch is keeping the relationship with spellbound Johnny, 62, where it is.

“If it were up to Johnny this would be a lot more serious — he’d love to make Angie his woman. He’s carried a torch for her for years and years.”

Sources say a lot of people in Johnny’s life believe she’s the reason he fell so hard for Amber Heard.

“Amber was like a version of Angie — beautiful and independent,” notes the insider.

“Angie is the kind of woman who doesn’t take guff from a man. He likes that. She is incredibly exciting and she’s intelligent and well-read, without any trace of snobbery.”

As the National Enquirer reported, the movie pirate has been mostly single since his stormy marriage to Amber crashed in 2016 amid claims of domestic violence from both sides.

Johnny sued Amber for defamation after she suggested he abused her in a 2018 Washington Post op-ed, and was awarded over $10 million in damages. They later agreed she should pay him $1 million.

Meanwhile, Angelina finally settled her drawn-out divorce battle with ex Brad Pitt, though they are still fighting over their French winery, Château Miraval.

Sources say Angelina is the sort of intoxicating creature Johnny finds irresistible.

“No doubt Angie is well aware of the effect she has on Johnny,” adds the source. “She loves having that kind of power over men.”

“She definitely keeps some emotional distance, but she’s not exactly discouraging him either.”
