Billy Ray Cyrus and Elizabeth Hurley recently appeared smitten with each other after a source told National Enquirer that they’re bound for couples therapy.
Cyrus, 64, and Hurley, 60, were spotted kissing and cuddling at the 59th Annual Country Music Association Awards in Nashville on Wednesday, November 19.
During the CMA Awards ceremony, the Austin Powers star and her beau snuggled in the audience before appearing on stage to present a “Single of the Year” award to Ella Langley for the song “You Look Like You Love Me” featuring Riley Green.

The outing came just weeks after the National Enquirer previously reported that Hurley and Cyrus were entering couple’s therapy as a result of being “polar opposites.”
“Billy Ray’s head over heels for Liz, but he’s starting to realize just how colorful her past really is, and it’s throwing him a little,” said the source. “The more stories he hears about her wild years in London, the high-society parties, and some of the company she kept back then, the more uneasy he gets.”
“It doesn’t help that there always seems to be another surprise around the corner with Liz, and it’s caused some tension,” the source added. “They’ve decided to get some couples therapy to work through it all because they both really want this relationship to last.”

In August, another source told the Enquirer that Cyrus does not approve of Hurley’s friendship with her ex-partner Hugh Grant. “Billy Ray doesn’t get it and he doesn’t like it,” said the source. “He’s not friends with any of his exes and doesn’t see why Liz is.”
According to the source, Cyrus has been “throwing little tantrums” about the friendship, which has caused “serious tension” between the couple.
The pair went Instagram official in April 2025 with a photo that depicted the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer kissing the British actress on the cheek.
