Todd Chrisley Reacts After Judge, Who Sentenced Him to 12 Years in Prison, Was Exposed for Having Affair

Eleanor Ross was exposed as the married judge caught having an affair with a law enforcement officer in the courthouse.

Ross, of the Atlanta-based US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia — who was appointed by former President Barack Obama during his second term — is the same judge that handed Todd Chrisley his 12-year prison sentence in 2022.

According to the findings of a special judicial conduct committee, Ross had engaged in sexual intercourse in “chambers and during business hours” over the course of two years. She was reprimanded privately for her “gross lack of judgment.”

Her relationship with Atlanta Police Department Deputy Chief Kelley Collier often took place within earshot of clerks, creating an “extremely uncomfortable” workplace.

Bloomberg — who was first to reveal the couple’s identities — claimed that the affair “made the judge vulnerable to extortion.”

Todd and wife Julie Chrisley were each sentenced by Ross after being found guilty of bank and tax fraud. President Donald Trump later pardoned the Chrisley Knows Best alum after their daughter, Savannah Chrisley, advocated on their behalf.

Todd reacted to the report with a snarky social media post.

“Federal Judge Eleanor Ross identified officially as the ‘Cheek Clapping adulterous fornicator in Fulton County Ga and who attended a political celebration for Fani Willis, the fund raiser must have been after hours seeing as how she was always ‘busy in her chambers during the work day as the madam of her own brothel,'” he shared via Instagram on Thursday, May 28. “I look forward to seeing if she adds these credentials to her Wikipedia page as We look forward to seeing this disgrace of a judge impeached.”
