Sydney Sweeney Is ‘Completely Lovestruck’ With Boyfriend Scooter Braun: Friends ‘Baffled’ (Exclusive)

Sydney Sweeney is head over heels for Scooter Braun, according to a source.

A source tells The National Enquirer that the pair’s relationship “started as a business connection” as the music mogul, 44, “made her a lot of promises about what he could help her achieve with her career.”

However, the source claims the 28-year-old Euphoria star and the businessman’s connection “morphed into something else entirely,” noting “she’s now completely lovestruck.”

As to what Sweeney’s inner circle thinks, the source alleges that the relationship has the Anyone But You actress’ friends “baffled,” as she initially told them she wanted “to stay single for at least a year to get to know herself after so many years in a relationship.”

The Emmy-nominated actress was previously engaged to Jonathan Davino, whom she began dating in 2018, but the pair split earlier this year.

“Sydney has the world at her feet, she genuinely doesn’t need Scooter’s help to get anything done but she’s started running all her business decisions by him,” the source adds. (Braun previously managed Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber.)

An insider relayed a similar sentiment to Page Six last week, telling the outlet Sweeney “enjoys having someone to ask advice from about her career.”

“Don’t expect any wedding bells,” the insider warned to the outlet. “Her number one priority is her career.”

In August, Star broke the news that Braun and Sweeney were seeing each other, after they were spotted together in Italy following Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s June wedding, which they both attended.
