Sarah ‘Fergie’ Ferguson Will Reportedly ‘Be Arrested Next If She Returns to the U.K.’

Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson may have reason to worry after her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, was arrested last week on his 66th birthday.

The former Duchess of York, 66 — who was named multiple times in the Department of Justice’s January 30 drop of files related to late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein — could be the next person in her family approached by law enforcement.

After the mother of two was forced to vacate Royal Lodge, it’s been said she’s been spotted in the United Arab Emirates as she weighs her options for the future.

“She will be arrested next if she returns to the U.K.,” a confidant told journalist Rob Shuter for a Tuesday, February 24, post on his Naughty But Nice Substack, adding that her trip to UAE is for “survival” and not “holiday.”

Police sources said that “it’s only a matter of time” before the law intervenes, adding: “It’s inevitable.”

“There’s a deep fear that if she comes back to the U.K., she could be swept up in Andrew’s legal chaos — even locked up herself,” another insider said. “The fear feels and reality is real to her.”

For now, a source said Fergie is “being looked after financially and emotionally,” but she is “terrified.”

In emails that emerged as part of the Epstein files, it appears Fergie planned to visit Epstein — who pleaded guilty and was convicted in 2008 of procuring a child for prostitution and of soliciting a prostitute — in Florida the following year.

On July 22, 2009, Epstein was released from a 13-month prison stint but remained under house arrest. Days later, it appears that he exchanged emails with the children’s book author about meeting her for lunch in Miami on July 27.

Fergie even allegedly told Epstein via another email that daughter Princess Eugenie, now 35, was enjoying a “shagging weekend” in 2010.

Fergie, who previously said via a representative that she was “taken in” by Epstein’s “lies,” denies any wrongdoing and consistently maintains her innocence with regard to the scandal.

Though her ex-husband has consistently denied wrongdoing and maintained his innocence regarding his ties to the late financier, he was accused of sharing confidential information with Epstein related to his role as a trade envoy.

The Thames Valley Police launched an inquiry into Andrew after it was reported that emails suggest the father of two sent Epstein reports from a tour of Southeast Asia he took in 2010. Andrew was arrested and released on February 19.
