Kimberly Guilfoyle, who was previously engaged to Donald Trump Jr., has a special nickname from none other than President Donald Trump.
While delivering remarks at the Greek Independence Day Celebration at the White House on Thursday, March 26, the 79-year-old president introduced the first female Ambassador of the United States to the Hellenic Republic, 57.
Calling her an “inspiration to a lot of people, especially if you happen to be Greek,” he shouted out his son’s ex-fiancée as “Kimber-lay.”
“Kimberly Guilfoyle has been my friend for a long time,” the Apprentice alum told the crowd. “I love calling her Kimber-lay. That’s my little pet name, right?”
“But you are the greatest,” he said to Guilfoyle. “And I heard they love you over there. I hope you come back here in 12 years or whatever the term is. But come on up here, Kim.”
Guilfoyle got engaged to Don Jr. on New Year’s Eve in 2020 before they quietly split in 2024.

The president’s son, 48, is now engaged to socialite Bettina Anderson, whom he met through mutual friends. They were first linked in August 2024; at the time, the father of five was reportedly still engaged to the former Fox News host.
In an interview with the New York Times published January 4, Guilfoyle reacted to the news of Don Jr.’s engagement, saying, “I’m happy for Don. I wish him, of course, all the best.”
On December 15, the president announced at the White House that his son was once again engaged.
In a clip shared to X (formerly Twitter), Don Jr. hugged his father as he addressed those in attendance at the White House to offer a few remarks.
“It’s not often that I’m at a loss for words because we usually do the ranting and raving really well, but this is a little different,” he began before wishing everyone a happy holiday season.
“[I want to] thank Bettina for that one word: ‘Yes,’” he said.
