Jimmy Donaldson, better known to his millions of fans as MrBeast, is moving into animation with the launch of “MrBeast Lab,” a new series of animated shorts premiering October 26 on YouTube.
The anime-inspired show, created in partnership with Moose Toys Super Studios, marks the next phase of the MrBeast Lab franchise, blending high-energy storytelling with the offbeat, inventive spirit that defines the MrBeast brand.
“Making animated content has always been one of my biggest dreams,” Donaldson said. “Weve been going all-in and were so psyched for the fans to see this series — this is just the start!”
The ten-part series follows Jimmys daring rescue after hes captured by interdimensional villains known as the Shroud. His only hope lies with his team of heroic Beast creations — including Panthar, Battle Banana, and other fan-favorite characters from the MrBeast Lab universe — who must unite to save both their creator and the world.
Each episode runs about three minutes and will debut exclusively on the Beast Animations YouTube channel, which already boasts more than 7 million subscribers. The first two episodes drop Oct. 26, with new installments released weekly through December. The series will be available in 12 languages, featuring voice performances by Donaldson alongside Cory Yee, Julie Nathanson, Fred Tatasciore, Todd Haberkorn, Jonathan Ha, and Vanessa Marshall, plus special appearances from Karl Jacobs and Nolan Hansen of the Beast crew.
“Were always exploring new ways to create content that not only entertains but also connects with our fans in innovative formats,” said Jeffrey Housenbold, CEO of Beast Industries. “With YouTube giving us the ability to distribute directly, weve been able to grow our collaboration with Moose Toys and bring the MrBeast Lab toys universe to life.”
Moose Toys first partnered with MrBeast in 2024 to launch a global toy franchise inspired by the MrBeast Lab world. The animated series represents the first major project from Moose Toys Super Studios, the companys new production arm dedicated to expanding Moose properties through storytelling.
“In partnering with Jimmy, Moose understands that the new rules for entertainment are written by blockbuster content creators,” said Stephen Davis, chief franchise officer, Moose Toys and head of Moose Toys Super Studios. “Inspired by Jimmys incredible YouTube persona, were reaching new audiences and building the franchise through our new animated series, while being true to the bold, exciting universe MrBeast has created.”
Produced by Australia-based Studio Moshi, the series was written by Henry Gilroy in collaboration with Moose Toys Super Studios. Executive producers include Jimmy Donaldson, Jeff Housenbold, and Michael Cruz for Beast Industries; Stephen Davis and Paul Solomon for Moose Toys Super Studios; Andrew Davies for Studio Moshi; and Henry Gilroy and Mike Roberts, who also directs all ten episodes.
