Mark Wahlberg is putting down roots in the Sunshine State.
Though he’s been based in Las Vegas, Nevada, since 2022, the National Enquirer can confirm the A-lister, 54, recently purchased a $50 million estate in Delray Beach, Florida, in an exclusive gated community known as “billionaire’s row.”
The 20,723-square foot mansion boasts seven bedrooms — including two full primary suites — nine bathrooms and two half bathrooms, and sits on 2.5 waterfront acres.
Dubbed Casa Maranello because of its “Ferrari-inspired” decor — the famed carmaker is based in Maranello, Italy — the home’s front entrance is dominated by a giant statue of Ferrari’s iconic prancing black stallion logo, rising from a fountain.
The mansion features a 12-car, glass-walled “gallery” garage, where cars on display can be viewed from the foyer and grand salon living area.
Ironically, the Daddy’s Home actor admitted he’s “not really a sports car guy,” in a 2021 video posted to Daniel Mac’s TikTok page, though he does have a massive car collection, and said his favorite model to drive is a Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

Continuing with the Italian theme, the home also boasts a Bulgari-inspired spa, according to the realtor’s YouTube site, with an indoor pool, Himalayan salt room and sauna.
The 30-foot ceilings and custom carved onyx furniture pieces are highlights of the luxe interior. Hosting will be a breeze in the full bar and 12-seat luxury home theater, while the property also includes two kitchens: one for the family and one for a chef, with a private staff entrance.
There’s also a private beauty salon and a gym, of course. (The action star is known for his 4 a.m. workouts!)
Outside, the Wahlburgers owner and his family — including wife Rhea, daughters Ella, 22, and Grace, 15, and sons Michael, 19, and Brendan, 17 — can enjoy a resort-style, 95-foot heated pool (with a fully equipped cabana), basketball/pickleball court, putting green and a soccer field.
