Man Found Secretly Living In Garage After Resident Reported Disappearing Food
Disappearing food led police to find a man secretly living in a California resident’s garage.
The Manhattan Beach Police Department said a resident recently reported that food kept disappearing from their garage refrigerator and they “had no idea why.”
Officers responded to the residence and found a “surprise guest” had been living inside the garage without the resident’s permission.
The man, whose identity was not immediately released, was arrested on unspecified charges.
“A good reminder to keep your garage secured and stay aware of anything unusual around your property,” police said.
