The cases were set to go before the High Court later this year, but the proceedings have now been halted following the agreement, according to Thursday, March 19 report published by BBC.
The accusers claimed the alleged incidents took place between 2000 and 2013.
Spacey, 66, has denied all allegations. He was also acquitted of nine sexual offense charges in a separate criminal trial in 2023.
Two of the accusers had also been among those who came forward during Spacey’s 2023 criminal trial.
Per BBC, one of the men only identified as LNP claimed that the American Beauty star “deliberately assaulted” him approximately 12 times between 2000 and 2005.

Another accuser, identified as GHI, said he met Spacey at a workshop at London’s Old Vic theatre and alleged he “suffered psychiatric damage and financial loss” following an incident in 2008.
Spacey served as artistic director of the Old Vic from 2004 to 2013.
A third accuser, Ruari Cannon, has chosen to waive his anonymity. He appeared in Tennessee Williams’Sweet Bird of Youth at the Old Vic in 2013 and alleged that Spacey groped him at a party after the show’s press night.
In 2024, Cannon took part in the documentary Spacey Unmasked. The Usual Suspects star denied the allegation and called it “ridiculous” and claimed “it never happened.”
At a hearing on March 3, lawyers representing the plaintiffs said testimony from seven additional witnesses who alleged similar abusive behavior should be included if the case proceeded to trial, reported BBC.
The court also heard that Cannon had reached a settlement with the Old Vic.
Details of the agreements between Spacey and his accusers have not been disclosed.
