Kathy Griffin Reveals Jaw-Dropping Cost of One of Her Three Facelifts

Kathy Griffin paid a pretty penny for one of her three facelifts.

During an appearance on the November 10 episode of the Good Guys podcast, Griffin marveled over the price of plastic surgery in Hollywood, noting that some plastic surgeons are charging $1 million for facelifts.

However, the comedian, 56, revealed that she went to a plastic surgeon — who she claimed once worked on Kris Jenner — which cost her a whopping $218,000 for a facelift.

“Do you know how many d**k jokes I have to tell for $218,000?” Griffin joked. “I have to do at least two shows.”

In an August episode of Griffin’s Talk Your Head Off podcast, she revealed that she had undergone three facelifts.

“I know, that’s so vain! I’m so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face,” Griffin said on her podcast. “You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want.”

During the Good Guys podcast, Griffin, who recently launched her New Face, New Tour comedy tour, weighed in on paparazzi photos of herself, sometimes snapped when she’s walking outside.

“Imagine you’re at the height of a workout and someone takes a close-up of your face. Not the most flattering photos,” said Griffin, adding, “I have to just laugh because I’ve decided that it means I’m famous.”

The My Life on the D-List star also shared on Good Guys that she underwent rhinoplasty.

“I’m from a generation where these agents thought nothing back in the day of saying stuff like, ‘Yeah, they loved your audition but they’re going to go ‘attractive,’ sorry,’” said Griffin. “Or, ‘With a nose job, you might have a chance but …’ so I went and got a nose job.”
