Jennifer Aniston is going to great lengths to ensure boyfriend Jim Curtis feels at home after he more or less moved into her $21 million Los Angeles mansion, the National Enquirer has learned.
“She’s transforming her Bel-Air property to cater to Jim’s particular needs,” a source says of of the former Friends star, 56. “It’s a funny thing to see happen in real time. Jen has a lot of resources at her disposal.”
Aniston did the same thing when she and ex-husband Justin Theroux first got together, the source reveals. “She built offices and happy rooms for him when he moved in, and he loved that but it wasn’t something he ever asked for.”
Neither did Curtis, 50.

“The same thing is happening,” notes the source. “She’s rebuilding her estate around him and spending [a ton of money] to make it happen.”
If she hadn’t become an actress, Aniston would’ve gone into interior design.
“I love putting homes together and creating spaces. I can walk into a house and see what it needs. And it’s a fun process,” she told the Wall Street Journal in 2023. “Some people dread it. It can break up relationships. I thrive during that process.”
Fortunately, Curtis does too.

“Jim is a calm guy,” says the source. “He’s just sitting back and letting all this happen around him.”
Still, when it comes to the hypnotherapist, Aniston’s pals have their reservations.
“The real worry here is that Jim might be taking Jen for a ride,” the source frets. “Moving in with her made him famous. Will moving out, after Jen put in all this thought and money to fix up the grounds, make him more famous? I’m afraid to see what happens if Jim puts this question to the test!”
