Jennifer Aniston Could Reportedly Be a ‘Huge Burden’ for Jim Curtis: Dating Her Is a ‘Global Job’

Jennifer Aniston and boyfriend Jim Curtis appear to be smitten with one another — for now, at least.

According to celebrity journalist Rob Shuter, sources pointed out that dating the A-list Morning Show star, 56, could be a lot to take on.

“Dating Jennifer Aniston isn’t just a relationship — it’s a global job,” a source told Shuter in a Wednesday, January 28, post on his Naughty But Nice Substack, adding that it is both a “wonderful opportunity” and a “huge burden.”

The Friends alum went Instagram official with the hypnotherapist, 50, in November, but he revealed during a Today show appearance earlier this week that they’ve been dating for “close to a year” now.

“Once you speak publicly, there’s no putting the toothpaste back in the tube,” a source told Shuter, pointing out that “every word, every smile, every pause gets dissected” when you’re linked to a high-profile star like Aniston.

Aniston — who was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005, and Justin Theroux from 2015 to 2018 — knows what it’s like to have the world watching.

“Jen’s past relationships taught her how brutal the attention can be,” a source told Shuter. “She wants love — not another media circus.”

Because the Book of Possibility author is “kind, grounded, and private,” a source said, that “normalcy makes the fame tsunami even harder to survive.”

During Curtis’ recent Today appearance promoting his upcoming book, Craig Melvin asked Curtis to share his and Aniston’s “origin story.”

“We were just introduced by friends,” he revealed. “That’s it. We found out that we had mutual friends, and we started to just chat.”

Curtis explained that it took quite a while before he and the LolaVie founder officially entered into a relationship, adding: “We chatted for a long time and we became close.”
