Ann Rodriguez — identified in the Epstein files as general manager of Little St. James island — could face charges of false imprisonment, kidnapping, assault and destruction of property in the March 1 incident, NewsNation reported.

Rodriguez allegedly approached the brothers, who’d jet-skied to the island, by boat — and threatened to kill them with a Glock-style BB gun, according to the report.
Rodriguez ordered one brother into her boat and forced him to strip. Then, say the reports, she hog-tied him, removed memory cards from the drone they’d been using to snap pictures and tossed them in the water.
Meanwhile, the other brother fled and summoned authorities.

The bizarre encounter is the second of its kind in recent weeks. On April 25, workers at the island — once owned by Epstein and nicknamed “Pedophile Island” — alerted Rodriguez and her pregnant daughter to a group of photographers who had breached the outpost’s shores.
Rodriguez allegedly pursued the group, who claimed to work for the Atlanta-area nonprofit We Fight Monsters, by boat.
One straggler was reportedly bound by workers with duct tape and beaten by Rodriguez’s son-in-law, who now faces assault charges, NewsNation said.
Sources say Rodriguez appears in 200-plus Department of Justice files pertaining to Epstein. She reportedly received $500,000 from his trust after his death.
