Unearthed Secret Documents Suggest CIA Has Been Seeding the Sky With Deadly Toxins

The CIA has been seeding the sky with deadly toxins for decades in a hush-hush, James Bond–like scheme to control the weather to use against our enemies!

Declassified top secret agency documents have exposed the bizarre weather modification operation has been employed since the Lyndon B. Johnson administration and was used effectively during the Vietnam War, Daily Mail reported.

Johnson’s endorsement of the CIA’s weather modification project came just three years after he gave a speech about the work to create “weather satellites” with the power to strengthen storms, the report said.

LBJ clearly saw the process as a key weapon in the American military arsenal, claiming as early as 1962, when he was vice president, that, “He who controls the weather will control the world.”

According to the report, the documents reveal that LBJ approved Project Stormfury during his first term as president. The project featured American fighter pilots barreling into hurricanes to seed the clouds with silver iodide, a freezing agent that weakened the storms.

Then in 1967, he deployed Project Popeye in Vietnam, which artificially extended the monsoon season, swamping the trails that carried the enemy’s supply lines.

The stunning 18-page report was initially declassified in 2003 but has gathered steam since U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. warned that “chemtrails,” the white streaks seen billowing from high-flying jets, are spewing a host of dangerous substances over populated cities.

Conspiracy theorists claim the unearthed files include accusations that the CIA has darker, devious plans to weaponize storms and poison food supplies to intentionally make people sick and make the world reliant on the government for cures.

According to Kennedy, with the support of environmental researcher Dane Wigington, chemtrails contain toxins and metals, including aluminum, barium, strontium and even mercury.

In fact, CIA records revealed in the early 1970s, reports included an official agency admission that it seeded clouds with toxic lead iodide agents to maximize Vietnamese rainfall and cause landslides to block the critical Ho Chi Minh Trail supply line.

Lead iodide has been proven to cause neurological damage and developmental challenges in kids — and, Wigington says, even derails the planet’s natural ability to combat pollution.

Kennedy claims the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is still employing the practice, but has vowed to end it.

“Those materials are put in jet fuel,” RFK Jr. claimed in April 2025. “I’m going to do everything in my power to stop it. Find out who’s doing it and holding them accountable.”
