Tiger Woods is opening up about the painful reality of his ongoing health battle.
The golf legend, 50, revealed that lingering back issues are still taking a serious toll, sometimes making it difficult for him “to just move around,” per Golf.com.
“Sometimes I have good days, sometimes I have bad days,” Woods said. “Disc replacement is not a lot of fun.”
The athlete, who has undergone multiple procedures over the years, admitted his body doesn’t recover the way it once did. “It doesn’t quite bounce back,” Woods said, adding that some days he feels capable, while others are far more challenging.

Despite the setbacks, Woods hasn’t ruled out competing in the Masters, which begins April 9, though he acknowledged it’s been a tough road back after a string of injuries and surgeries.
Off the course, Woods continues to focus on family. The father of two — who is currently dating Vanessa Trump — has been actively supporting his son, Charlie, 17, who recently committed to play golf at Florida State University, per People.
