The Hills star Spencer Pratt, 42, has thrown his hat into the Los Angeles mayoral ring after criticizing how local authorities handled last year’s devastating wildfires — including the one that cost him and wife Heidi Montag their home. But sources say the native Angeleno will likely have a reality TV crew following him every step of the way.
“Spencer loves the spotlight,” a source says.

Insiders believe Pratt will turn his personal tragedy into prime TV content and say he hopes to reach out to big names like Donald Trump in a bid to boost his profile.
