Rory McIlroy Shares PDA With Erica Stoll at Master Post Divorce Drama

Rory McIlroy and his wife, Erica Stoll, look like they are in a happy relationship, even after the two were on the precipice of divorce in 2024.

The 35-year-old pro golfer was photographed alongside Stoll, 37, and Poppy, their four-year-old daughter, at the Masters Par 3 contest at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia, on Wednesday, April 9.

The trio were all smiles in a number of photos of them at the family-friendly event that took place before the PGA Tour Masters Tournament. McIlroy can be seen in a number of snaps where he shared a tender moment with the mother of his daughter as he kissed her on the forehead.

The pictures of the happy couple and their daughter come almost a year after McIlroy filed for divorce in May 2024. The golfer reportedly stated that their relationship was “irretrievably broken.” One of the golfer’s representatives who spoke to Page Six at the time told the outlet that McIlroy wanted “to ensure this difficult time is as respectful and amicable as possible.”

Just one month after filing for divorce, the couple called off their split and reportedly submitted a notice of voluntary dismissal. The golfer made a statement about their decision in a June 2024 report where he told The Guardian, “Over the past weeks, Erica and I have realized that our best future was as a family together. Thankfully, we have resolved our differences and look forward to a new beginning.”

McIlroy and Stoll met in 2012 and started dating in 2014. They got engaged in 2015 while they were on a trip to Paris and tied the knot in the groom’s native Ireland in 2017. Their only daughter, Poppy, was born on August 31, 2020.
