‘RHOBH’ Alum Brandi Glanville Shows Off New Look, Thanks Plastic Surgeon Amid Facial Parasite Issue

Brandi Glanville is feeling good.

Before the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 53, made her way to the 2026 Sundance Film Festival, which is currently being held in Utah through February 1, she had some work done to look and feel her best.

“Thank you Dr. Nicholas Nikolov the amazing CellSound and for preparing me for The Sundance Film festival & looking forward [to the] PBM Princess movie event at Kemo Sabe,” the TV personality captioned a photo shared Sunday, January 25, on Instagram.

The former model, who has openly discussed what she believes is a facial parasite living underneath her skin, likely had a procedure on her face.

According to Dr. Nikolov’s website, he is an “award-winning plastic surgeon” who specializes in both “surgical and non-surgical treatments.” He describes himself as “one of the most highly respected plastic surgeons in the Beverly Hills & Los Angeles areas.”

Glanville told Entertainment Tonight in 2024 that she was working with Dr. Nikolov at the time and treating her issues with a “cell sound procedure.”

According to People, the mother of two has said that she believes her issues stem from her time filming Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco.

“We had food sitting out for hours on end and some of it was meat,” she claimed. “Six months after I got back from Morocco, I started having this speaking thing and the swelling up thing. It started in July and we’re still here trying to figure it out.”

Glanville also claimed she can feel whatever may be underneath her skin moving, adding she feels like it’s “having babies in my face.”

In December 2024, she shared a close-up selfie to X that shows bumps and bubbles on her face, simply writing: “Sick it!”
