Prince William and Princess Kate ‘Deeply Concerned’ by Revelations in Ongoing Prince Andrew Scandal

Four months after Andrew Mountbatten Windsor was stripped of all of his titles as the fallout from his friendship with late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein continues, Princess Kate and Prince William have finally spoken out.

“I can confirm The Prince and Princess have been deeply concerned by the continuing revelations. Their thoughts remain focused on the victims,” a spokesperson for William, 43, and Kate, 44, told People on Monday, February 9.

Andrew, 65, has long maintained his innocence and vehemently denied any wrongdoing as part of his relationship with Epstein.

However, allegations against Andrew in late sex-trafficking victim Virginia Giuffre’s memoir as well as the Justice Department’s release of a trove of Epstein emails and photos has placed renewed scrutiny on the former royal.

When King Charles III first announced that Andrew would no longer be a prince and was being forced to vacate the Royal Lodge, Kate and William expressed their support by sharing Buckingham Palace’s statement, People reported.

“Their Majesties wish to make clear that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been, and will remain with, the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse,” that statement read.

Prince Edward echoed that sentiment when he become the first member of the royal family to address the Epstein files on February 3, “I think it’s all really important always to remember the victims, and who are the victims in all this, a lot of victims in all this,” he said, according to video shared by The Independent.
