President Trump Takes a Shot at Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, Says He’s Going to Give Them ‘IQ Tests’

President Donald Trump is continuing to criticize former president Joe Biden and vice president Kamala Harris.

On Tuesday, March 24, Trump, 79, was reportedly speaking to journalists within the Oval Office following the swearing-in ceremony of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin.

Trump was discussing a range of topics, from the conflict with Iran to border control, when he ended up referencing Biden, 83, and Harris, 61.

“Explain that to me. He’s the worst. She was as bad as he was. Gonna give ‘em IQ tests next week,” Trump said in a clip shared to X.

It’s not the first time Trump has criticized Biden and Harris’s intelligence. During an Arizona campaign stop in 2024, Trump referred to Biden as “stupid” and Harris as “dumb as a rock,” per a video shared by NBC News.

However, Harris is known for taking it in stride. In October 2024, she responded to Trump’s claims about her IQ, stating she would take a cognitive test and implore him to do the same.

“This is what he has resorted to, and I think he actually is increasingly unstable and unhinged and has resorted to name calling because he actually has no plan for the American people,” Harris said in an interview with CBS Evening News.

As National Enquirer reported late last year, Harris claimed Trump and his administration are “deconstructing government’s ability to have checks and balances on abuse of power,” adding that “part of the crazy is meant to distract.”
